These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our general cargo trading platform, including all website functions, services, transactions and content. By accessing, browsing or registering on our platform, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services immediately.

1. Platform Service Description

We operate an online B2B general cargo platform to provide cargo information display, buyer-seller matching, trading consultation and logistics resource docking services. Our platform only acts as an intermediary to facilitate communication and cooperation between users. We do not own, produce or hold all cargo goods, and we are not the direct counterparty of offline trading contracts unless otherwise explicitly confirmed in writing.

2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

Users shall be individuals or legally registered enterprises with valid trading qualifications. When registering an account, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information and update your account data timely if any change occurs. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password and all activities conducted under your account. You shall not transfer or share your account to unauthorized third parties.

3. User Conduct & Trading Rules

All users shall use the platform in compliance with local laws, international trade regulations and these Terms. You agree not to publish false, misleading, illegal or infringing information, including fake cargo sources, false pricing and invalid qualification documents. You shall not use the platform for fraud, counterfeit goods trading, intellectual property infringement or any illegal and improper commercial activities.
All on-platform inquiries, quotations and communication records are valid trading reference. Quotations provided on the platform are valid within the specified period; prices, stock availability and delivery schedules are subject to real-time adjustment due to market changes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform texts, logos, pictures, codes and system functions are protected by intellectual property laws. No user may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our platform content and system resources without our written authorization. Users confirm that all published product information, pictures and texts on the platform shall not infringe the legitimate rights of any third party, and shall bear full legal responsibility for any infringement consequences.

5. Privacy Protection

We strictly protect user personal and commercial information in accordance with privacy principles. We will not sell, rent or disclose your confidential data to third parties without your consent, except for legal requirements, regulatory supervision or platform transaction service needs. You authorize us to collect and process your registration data, browsing records and trading information to optimize platform services and user matching.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

We strive to maintain stable and secure platform operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free and risk-free service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by network failure, system maintenance, third-party service exceptions, user misoperation or offline private transactions beyond platform supervision.
We conduct routine screening of platform cargo information, but do not fully guarantee the absolute authenticity, completeness and legality of all user-released content. All offline transactions and cooperation risks shall be borne by the trading parties themselves.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your platform access without prior notice if you violate these Terms, conduct illegal transactions, publish illegal content or seriously damage platform order. After account termination, you shall no longer enjoy platform services, and we may retain your historical data in compliance with legal regulations.

8. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms irregularly according to business adjustment and legal requirements. The revised Terms will take effect immediately after being published on the official website. Your continued use of the platform after update means your acceptance of the latest Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the location where our company is registered, and settled in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
